The Event Catalog and Event Manager module, built within a Member Portal, allows association members to browse and purchase events directly from the portal. Members can view upcoming and past events, and manage event purchases, including adding guests and making hotel and preference selections within their cart. The system also features a group registration option, enabling designated users to register multiple people from their organization.

Allowing users to submit expenses, while admins can manage and track reimbursements. With features like delegation and secure bank information storage, the platform enhances efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in managing reimbursements.
BuyBot - Automated Purchase Order System
BuyBot is an automated purchase order system that reduces CSR workload by 50%. It parses PO data and integrates it with SAP, allowing CSRs to track and manage information through a user-friendly portal. The system automates data entry, eliminating manual processes and handling varying PO formats from different manufacturers.
